Whenever there is mention of Punjabi comedy , the name primitively comes to mind is of Smeep Kang. A versatile filmmaker who has hampered the best comedy to Punjabi cine world which remains evergreen to watch and still there is much more to glory from the basket of his projects. His last movie Naukar Vahuti da was released in August 2019 and now the director is planning to again rock the silver screen but this time Along with OTT Platforms as well. Here is the list of his upcoming projects which are going to hit the screens in no time .

His collaboration with Binnu Dhillon Productions will bring forth the new comedy movie which will star Binnu Dhillon along with Zareen Khan sharing the screen together.
2. Gol gappe
Starring Binnu Dhillon, Rajat Bedi, BN Sharma, Navneet Kaur Dhillon and Ilhana Dhillon, ‘Gol Gappe’ is an out and out comedy drama. The movie is being made by Manik Bedi, Bunty Raghav and Ilaa Bedi Dutta. Smeep Kang has directed this movie and shooting of the same has been completed.
3. Welcome Bhua ji
Further, the movie will be produced by Rohit Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Pankaj Trehan and Anshu Munish Sahni. The credit for story and screenplay goes to Vaibhav Shreya, and it will be a Smeep Kang directorial.
4. Jeonde Raho bhoot ji
The shooting of the movie has been completed . Coming to the credits, alongside Binnu Dhillon, the movie also stars Bhawna Sharma, Dilawar Sidhu, Tarsem Pal, Mahavir Bhullar, Arsh Kahlon, Parminder Gill and Smeep Kang. Further, the movie is being bankrolled by Balvinder Kaur Kahlon and Smeep Kang.
5. Bai Ji Kuttange
The movie stars Dev kharaud Upasana Singh along with Gurpreet Ghuggi in the main cast. The movie will be an action comedy saga and will mark Upasana Singh’s debut as a producer.
This will be the first ever OTT project by Smeep Kang which is a Web series and will be released on Smeep Kang’s official Youtube channel. The series will star Babbal Rai, Jaswinder Bhalla, Arsh Kahlon, Dilawar Sidhu, Sairakshita and smeep Kang in an epic Double role.
