Preet Anand is an Indian actress who made her film  debut with the Punjabi movie Naukar Vahuti da as character of ‘Palak ‘ . The movie was from Comedy genre and stars Binnu Dhillon, Kulraj Randhawa, Preet Anand, Gurpreet ghuggi, BN Sharma ,etc in Prominent roles and for which Punjabi Filmmaker Smeep Kang who is known as The Punjabi comedy , has donned the cap of director. She started as a child actor with Sab TV’s show Golmal Hai Bhai Sab Golmal Hai and later did many episodes for different television shows. According to her, starting career as a child artist prepared her for her Debut movie with such a big Punjabi director’s Movie. When asked about her working experience with Smeep Kang and Gurpreet Ghuggi, her words were , Smeep Kang is the coolest director I have ever come across. He knows how to extract work from his actors. When it comes to Gurpreet Ghuggi, he never made me feel that this was my first film. He was so supportive on the sets. 

She narrated the difficulty of making a debut that  it didn’t happen overnight, she was scared when she first gave an audition for Naukar Vahuti Da. She feels thankful to her  producer Rohit Kumar, whose words of encouragement filled her with positivity. The actress aspires to experiment herself for emotional and serious roles for her further movies because she feels she can do justice to the part. Apart from emotional films she would love to explore the comedy genre, as said by her.
