Punjabi movies director Smeep Kang who is known for delivering best comedy to punjabi cinema,  is now more appreciated for delivering best captions to his social media posts as well. Although people who used to call him ‘ the Punjabi comedy king ‘ have added a new phrase of ‘ the caption king ‘ also. The director cum film producer usually remains active on his social media sites to share the development of his upcoming projects and many times , also posts his picture with funny sarcastic captions which are either based on his health or a sweet amusing story from the life of a husband and wife . His fans and followers always went from giggling to laughing upon reading the same and usually took it as just a hilarious and sarcastic post caption. But the tables turned around when the director made everyone taken aback announcing the release of his first ever short series whose name is ‘ Divorce Dede Darling ‘ without ever announcing anything about this series prior  . May be this was the reason for him to keep sharing the funny and humorous quotes from the life of a married couple to hint people about this short series and  all the people and his followers out there just  took it as this simple way of entertainment  and never thought and saw this series coming. 

As far as the credentials of  this short series is concerned, it will mark the debut of Smeep’s son Kairav Kang as a director who Will direct this short series under the shades of his father’s instructions . Moreover, Smeep himself will bankroll the series and will act along with his wife Parneet Kang in the same as the key husband wife characters. The series will stream on his official YouTube channel from 14 August 2021  and will have 3-4 minutes long 7 episodes each of which will be released every Saturday . 

We have never heard of such a type of short 7 episode short series before in Punjabi entertainment world . So watching this unique concept in our pollywood is surely a great thrill and entertainment feast to our minds and hearts  especially during the time when we  badly miss Smeep Kang’s punjabi movies and look forward to watching new , interesting and extraordinary  Punjabi content further.
