A sad news has knocked the hearts of Babbal Rai’s fans as his first web series ki Banu Punia Da which was supposed to be released in August- September month of this year has been postponed again and one of the reasons behind the same is the actor himself. The actor and singer Babbal  has  been to his hometown Australia to meet his family and for his Australia New Zealand tour 2021. As per reports, the makers of the Web series have completed only the first phase of the series shoot and the rest is pending for which the actor is not available in the country. Moreover, the government is not allowing more than 10 persons at a time during the shoot which is not making it happen for the shoot to go smoothly in  favourable conditions. All these reasons created the halt in the shoot to continue which led to postponement in the series’s  release dates  which was supposed to be make it to stream on the screens from August- September,  till  further official announcements.

The remnant shoot will be expected to kick start in September only when the actor returns from this tour and the restrictions on the  shootings will be relaxed more or waived off fairly. The other cast along with Babbal in the series include Jaswinder Bhalla, Arsh Kahlon, Dilawar Sidhu,  Sairakshita etc.

His another web series ‘ Zila Sangrur’ is also in the unreleased state of  release as the makers of the same have not made any buzz about their plan to release that also. Apart from these web series, the actor has two movies in his basket , Maa and Posti, release dates for which have been postponed as well till next official updates.
